Lower end e-bike leaning more towards accessory /utility than bike nerdery.  Except for the basket.  Which seems to have a very specific purpose requiring a full height square section.  Rusty steel seat post is very telling.

I like that very much. I’m guessing it’s glued together so that it doesn’t shake itself apart going over bumps or rougher roads.

I was about to say. This person is very brave if he rides around with this thing un-glued. Dulpo blocks are built with easy disassembly in mind more so than regular Lego.
